Lovebug     Leo groaned in his sleep. He rolled over, now facing me, and let his arm hang over

the side of the bunk. His mouth hung open, and small snores came from his chest. I giggled

momentarily, but went back to concerned mode immediately. His slumber was restless and he

stirred too often.

    I heaved out waves of worry in a sigh. The poor son of Hephaestus had caught the flu

some time earlier this week and had been bed ridden for days.

    I resisted the motherly urge to stay with him to get up and grab him necessities. I

walked to my Cabin's bathroom (it was basically just a sink and a mirror in a tiny stall

of a room). I ran cold wLovebug by ~LautnerLuver
All Around MeHe sees her by the amber light, looking as fragile as a porcelain doll, so fragile she may break. Her skin is feverish and her lips are shut tight; her eyelids flutter delicately every now and then: their only defense against the nightmares.

It was a brave act: Piper had sacrificed herself to let Percy and Annabeth out of Tartarus, rushing in and, just before the doors were completely sealed, urging them on. The last Jason had seen of her was a scared yet determined expression claiming her features in what she believed was her final farewell.

But they had gotten her out. And now she is... what? In a coma? Deep slumber? A week had passed alrAll Around Me by ~MFerDLF
Stay Stay Stay     "Annabeth, come on! I didn't mean it that way!" Percy pleaded his girlfriend.

    The daughter of Athena crossed her arms. "No. You said it, therefore you meant it,

Percy."

    The two demigods had had yet another one of their daily spats, except this one seemed

to be a tad worse than the others. Percy Jackson had 'accidentally' insulted her mother by

calling her a "piece of work", resulting in a not so happy Annabeth.

    He tried to hide his smile as best as he could and coughed a bit to cover his laughs;

she could be so funny when she was mad. She narrowed her eyes alerting him that he was

caught.

BeautifulThe ceremony they hold in the heroes' honor does not feel like a ceremony at all, at least for Piper.

Grim faces are everywhere while eyes dart around, skittish. They are trying not to see, not to remember the blood of the lost ones that had seeped on that very ground. The wind itself is cold and harsh, beating against hunched bodies and figures as mercilessly as the enemy's army not too long ago.

Banners are burnt and prayers are said, but consolation is yet to be found.

All the while Piper holds the hand of a white-faced Jason. Her numb fingers squeeze his, and her worried gaze meets his.

"I am so very sorry, Jason." Her words are soft,Beautiful by ~MFerDLF

Annabeth's Pov

    Percy and Annabeth were sitting together by the canoe lake, watching the wildlife go by and the sun making it's decent. It was a wonderful sight, the water was sparkling like little crystals making all the colours of the rainbow reflect on the surroundings like a disco ball, the sky was cloudless and a shade of baby blue with some crimson sneaking in, the sun was a massive orange beach ball slowly being consumed by the lake.

    The day had gone by so quickly that Annabeth wasn't even sure it was real. The silence was broken when Percy asked, "WhatPercy's Birthday (PJOfanfictions challenge) by ~ISeeSea
PERCY'S BIRTHDAY (COB3 Challenge)I grab the next dress and hold it in front of the mirror. I've been trying on clothes all day wondering what to wear for Percy's birthday party. Hopefully Thalia comes an hour early like she said she would, so she can help me pick the dress.
I carefully lay the dress back on the bed, and head for the bathroom. I grab my iPod from the desk, before lying down on the bed, and turning on Kelly Clarkson's stronger.

My phone wakes me from my daydreaming. I check the screen to see who's calling luckily it's Thalia.
"Hey Annabeth, I'm outside the hotel what room are you staying in?" she asks.

Viva La VidaLuke smirked as sat down in his third period class. This was his last class before lunch, the highlight of his day. "Hey Luke" a girl said smiling before sauntering over to her group of friends and began giggling and gossiping.

'It felt good to be on top, to be king, to be popular in high school' Luke though as the class started. Having lots of friends, going to all the latest parties, always have a girl on his arm. That was, until Thalia showed up. Thalia was the social outcast, the new girl, and the one who really caught Luke's eye.

Girls Just Wanna Have FunThe rain slapped against the pavement as the sun began to rise from behind the skyscrapers covering New York City. Annabeth walked quietly up the stairs to the family apartment, her feet bare from taking off her shoes.

Trying to open the door quietly and slip in without being caught was her plan of action. The door squeaked the whole time she tried to open it and she then gracefully tripped on the rug placed conveniently in the little hallway.

With November comes NaNoWriMo. I am participating this year. Since it's only day two, the plot isn't too thick yet, and I don't have to work too hard to get to my word count goal. But once we reach week one, I can't garuntee that I'll be on all that much. So if the deviations from this group kind of...drop off, that's why. And if that happens, you'll get a massive update in December when I come out of NaNoLand. Don't stop submitting, though! It'll just take me a little longer to get it done. :)

I'm not asking for affiliation, but if you wouldn't mind telling you members about this forum halfbloodhillcamping.proboards.com ?

We are a site for any member with an OC to come and role play to their hearts content, and we're trying to spread the word. Anyone who joins can create demigods, pets to fight alongside their demigods, and also as monsters as well. We also have original prophecies that characters can play through, along with the old, as well as original areas that we have added in. I'm the creator of this forum and one of the admin, Mommochi.

Again, I'm not asking for afiliation, the group we've made that supports the forum can be joined but it's not too established or active. It's just to get word out so people know about us. If you could help, I'll be incredibly thankful!

I've been working on this forum for a year now trying to attract attention to it, and I'll be incredibly thankful if you would! Also, you're welcome to come and join. So far there are 13 members including myself, and everyone is very friendly.
